Ingredients

  • 4 medium red bell peppers
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ sweet red wine
  • 1 tsp oregano powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 tsp salt

Preparation

The first thing we will do is peel and finely chop the onion, just like with the garlic cloves. We will also take the red peppers, wash them and remove the seeds and the white vein that they bring very well. Like the onions and garlic, we will finely chop it into julienne strips.

We will take a pot and put it on medium heat along with the olive oil. Once both are hot, add the onion and garlic. We will fry until we see that the onion is transparent.
