Giving our whole day to the King of kings and Lord of lords, is to have the firm conviction that He will take care of our entrance and exit. While if we give him our night, he will be our protector and the one who will keep our dreams.
Prayer has so much power that the moment we decide to bend our knees and approach our Lord, a spiritual battle is immediately unleashed.
When our Creator decides to respond to us, the enemy will do everything possible so that the blessing does not come. Yet greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. We should not fear then, the Lord promises us in the Psalm 121 that he will keep us.

Each prayer that we raise to the Heavenly Father, receives them as pleasant incense. It is when we recognize that without Him we can do nothing and that with Him everything is possible.
There is a spiritual world that has no rest, does not rest and is in constant movement. Unlike us human beings, who need to rest, to be able to continue another day.
These spiritual beings are the angels, cherubim, the sons of God and of course, our Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. However, there is also the evil spirit world operating around the clock.
Therefore, giving our night to the Lord, we can have the security and confidence that while we are resting, Jehovah of armies like a roaring lion guards us, will protect us and renew our strength in Christ Jesus.

From the moment we wake up, God's mercies begin in our lives. A new beginning is a new opportunity to be better, to change things and have a more intimate and real relationship with our Lord.
Have a time for Jesus Christ in the morning and be able to thank him for this new opportunity and give him our entire day. It will completely transform our day into a blessing.
As the psalms establish, the Sun will not tire us during the day nor the Moon at night, because the Lord of hosts will accompany us in every step we take.

Today I give my heart and everything I am to you Lord.
Wash me from my evil and keep me away from the temptations that surround me.

In the book of Ephesians, in chapter six, we find the Holy armor of God. There Paul, through the Holy Spirit, encourages us to cover ourselves with this Armor every day. Because, daily we have a spiritual fight and the only way to win is by the side of the Almighty.
Starting the day in communion with our Father will not only fill us with joy and peace, but it is the wisest decision we can have daily, for our earthly life and especially the spiritual one.
Ephesians 6: 13
13 Therefore, take on the whole armor of God, so that you can resist in the evil day, and having finished everything, stand firm.

There are many Christians who are afraid to pray because they feel they don't know how to do it correctly. That is why he leaves aside prayer, which is the only means we have to approach the Father and enter into communion with Him.
The most important thing that we must always keep in mind is that the Lord does not want a repetitive prayer that does not come from our hearts. He really knows what we want to tell him and we cannot fool him.
If we follow the example of the prayer that Jesus Christ left us, when the apostles asked him how they should pray, we can establish the following steps:
First we observe that the prayer is addressed to the Father only, there are no intermediaries or other saints who bring our prayer closer to him.
Then, Jesus recognizes the Glory of the Father and for this he praises, blesses and thanks him for his blessings and wonders.
After praising him we must recognize that we are sinners and that we must ask forgiveness for them.
Many are the desires of our soul but only Jesus Christ knows what really suits us. That is why we must recognize and ask him to do his will, which is good and pleasant in all aspects of our lives.
Make our requests, understanding what pleases our Lord and putting everything in the hands of our Creator.
Finally, ask for your shelter and protection every day of our lives. Because we do not fight against flesh and blood, but against spiritual hosts of wickedness.
At the end of praying, mention that everything is under the name of the Lord Jesus, because everything we ask in his name, He will do.
Never neglect prayer, we must as Christians understand that it is the only way we have to confidently approach the Throne of Grace. It is the opportunity we have to get closer to the One who gave his life for us and wants to have an individual relationship with each one of his children.
If there is something that disturbs us, if it takes away our tranquility, rest, if we want protection, wisdom in our work, if we want to be thankful for what we have. The only way we have for the Father to listen to us is prayer.
One of the reasons Christ died on a cross for us is so that we could delight in the presence of our Father without needing a high priest or performing rituals in order to be worthy of that wonderful presence.
It is another of the great gifts that our beloved Jesus Christ left us and that we cannot waste any of our days. Believe Christ with all your heart and love him with all your being and the other things will be added.
