Prayer is the most accurate tool by which the Christian can approach God. It is also a way to be ministered to and experience brokenness by the Holy Spirit. When this happens the Christian is enlightened by the power of the Spirit and receives guidance from God.
If the prayer is made in a genuine or true way and with revelation of spirit; at the time you are going through difficulty and uncertainty, it will help you face all these situations in the peace and joy of the Lord.
The Christian can obtain the favor of the Holy Spirit to face the challenges of his life, praying, searching and reading the sacred scriptures. However, for strong prayer for the Holy Spirit to be effective:
- Praying must be a genuine cry to God, seeking his will in his words. With the revelation of faith, that everything is already in his hands and that in his time he will do it.
- Prayer must be reasonable and willing to obey your will
Therefore, one must pray according to the true situation that is happening and cry out for what will be done by the Holy Spirit in accordance with the will of God. Prior to Strong prayer to the Holy Spirit, let us exclaim:
Oh Heavenly Father! I wish to fulfill my duty, so that you may be glorified in me.
And that I can be a testimony of your power before others.
Given this, I can only consecrate all that I am to you, my only true God.
