When the holocaust was going to take place, the person placed his hand on the animal, referring to the fact that he would take his place. The only remaining portion of the animal was the skin and it was received by the priest.

If we study the Holocaust more thoroughly and with a complete view, we realize that from the beginning Jehovah was teaching us that only through the spilled blood could we obtain forgiveness. For this reason, God the Father sends his only Christ to die on the Cross of Calvary so that we can live under this period of grace.

The main characteristics that we should know when the Holocaust was carried out, the total surrender to God was sought as a purpose. Leviticus 7: 8
